constraints into account in fulfilling work requirements of self and others. |

What is a project? A project is a network of tasks where the allocation
of resources is to be considered done to make that projects ends on the time
indicated and meeting the budget line only or the given resources each
usually is scarce. It targets to produce certain products, services or
results needed to ensure meeting of indicated goals and objectives of the
entity. Explain project management. Project management is the
management that is practising the process of initiating, planning, doing
actually, controlling and closing the task or work of a team in order to
enrich the goals and specifically succeed as a team in undertaking the
specific project being assigned to them. What are time constraints? Time constraints are the specific limited time or
period that are significantly needed for the completion of the tasks. What are resource constraints? The resource constraints are the limited resources
that can be used in the activities of accomplishing the projects that may
include limited number of staffs or staffing, equipment, machinery, materials
and other relevant resources. In case of not man aging them well, they may
affect the completion and success rate of the project and meeting the
deadlines. Detail the ways of accounting for
these constraints when attempting to fulfil work requirements. The ways of accounting for the time
constraints specifically will include prioritisationof tasks, avoidance
of interruptions and distractions, discipline, organisation, schedule
development, effective planning and commitment and allocation
of time for meetings and this may also need some additional manpower or
staffs to render the completion of the project in the indicated period
required. In the case of the resource constraints, the ways of accounting for
it will include improving human resources, materials or ingredients, machinery
or equipment needed, stock and supplies and even software which must be
aligned to the exact needs of the project that will be sustainable in order
to complete in a given period of time. |

Obtaining
feedback from clients o
Obtaining
feedback from supervisors and colleagues What should an employee do when
receiving feedback? When receiving feedback,
the employee should do the responses such as that those who receive the
positive feedback may respond with more appreciation and when the negative
feedback happens, the one under it must carefully given some concern and care

work more effectively especially with workgroup. The feedback must be a
useful message to realise some needed improvements or what actions must be
continued to be enriched to work well in the specific position or to connect
with groups more effectively. Describe a time you received feedback.
Who gave you it? What did they say? How did you use it? The time I received a feedback, my boss
said to me congratulations for making a good job appreciated by one of our
customers. My boss gave a nice message that also inspired me a lot and even
my co-workers. The feedback became a good instrument for me to improve also
